The SPAFIL Homogenisers employ the unique triple action/mixing/emulsifying/milling head. A high-speed rotor and close tolerance stator act together to tear apart and break down particles at hundred of thousands of shearing actions every minute.
Many designs of interchangeable stator heads are available, making SPAFIL Homogenisers suitable for a wide range of processing requirements. Typical use includes mixing, liquid dissolution, emulsification, homogenising and disintegration.
For faster emulsification and homogenisation, SPAFIL offers a range of Multi-Shear Homogenisers with single or multi-stage rotors. Also available is a range of High Pressure Homogenisers for micronization of down to sub-micron particle size.
All homogenisers are available in Batch, Continuous In-Line or a combination of the different technology mix under vacuum or pressure.
